Please enjoy this very professional and definitely not-quickly-put-together sneak peek of our new Agent CRM called “Travel+ CRM”. Remember that this is a back-end preview of it so your version will not look or function like this. This also isn’t showing everything that’s available to you to use.
The basic functions of the CRM will be:
- Adding your Agency and Personal Info along with your Agency Logo and Contact. This basic information will be auto-filled into quotes, itineraries, commission and more where needed.
- Adding Clients into your database to create a Client Profile. This will include their basic information, their travel history with you and notes about them that only you can see.
- Sending travel quotes. Right now the CRM has pre-made email templates for our major suppliers with more on the way. As you fill-in the travel quote form in the CRM, that data will be auto-filled into the designed email template. Once filled-in you will be able to save it, send a test email to yourself and send the actual quote email to the client. Keep in mind that some Destinations like Disney will have two templates: the first is a quote template where you can send them three different quotes/packages for their comparison. They will then be able to select the one they like and make their deposit or reply back to you with notes. There will also be a Payment Quote for these destinations where you can send 1 package quote if they already know what they want and submit the payment.
- Once a travel quote has received a payment, you will be able to access it and make the payment with the supplier. You can then turn the quote into an Itinerary. The reason we choose to do this is because we know you send out a lot of quotes that aren’t booked for whatever reason. So separating Quotes from Itineraries, which are plans with a payment made on them, made sense.
- Itineraries can be modified and re-sent to client if needed. You can also add internal notes to Itineraries. The Itinerary is where you will also continue to make and see payments, set reminders, and enter in your Commission Information.
There are a lot more details than this but to keep things short and to the point, these are the basic functions of it. We do plan to enhance the CRM over-time to make things easier, more automated and accessible, including an Agent App and a Customer App.
The Agent App will allow you to do all these basic functions. The Customer App will allow them to view their current Itineraries with you, communicate and more.
The CRM will be hosted on a separate website because of its size and usage.
